Sage Dining Services encourages students to provide feedback on the service and food offerings. In each school's dining hall there is a comment board for students to use. We also wanted to encourage more students to download Sage's mobile app, where they can add comments. The chefs review the comments on a regular basis to see students concerns and interests.

 

The challenge
Sage wanted to provide a way for students to know that their comments and suggestions about food service are read and action is taken.

 

The work

After brainstorming we decided to create a poster that highlights a number of requests by students for changes in food offerings or additions as well as highlighting the mobile app.
