In an effort to remain competitive in the marketplace, the University of Baltimore decided to convert their website to 100% responsive. The process took about a year, starting with the homepage and Admission sites. More call-to-action buttons were implemented during the design process. When the new site was launched, there was a significant increase in leads direct from the site as a result of the new features. The process to overhaul the entire site required teamwork within the University and collaboration with an outside agency to build the site.

Note: The University has created a new visual identity, but the overall architecture has remained the same.
